Providing the website
We use web hosting from ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes the data needed for hosting on our behalf.
Technical information is processed when you access the site. This includes your IP address, the date and time, the requested page or file, the response status, the amount of data transferred, and browser, operating-system and, where applicable, referrer information. These data are used to deliver the content, resolve errors and protect the service from misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Technical logs are retained for as long as required for operation, troubleshooting and security. If data are needed to investigate a specific security incident, they are retained until the investigation is complete. They are then deleted unless a legal obligation requires further retention. Our use of tracking tools
We have not added analytics tools, advertising pixels, externally embedded videos or newsletter forms. Images and fonts are served with the website. Our application does not set its own cookies or store visitor profiles.
Coloring in your browser and downloads
The coloring trial runs locally in your browser. Your color choices and editing steps are not sent to a server or saved automatically. They reset when you reload the page. If you download your picture, your browser creates a PNG file on your device. Downloading a sample PDF generates the technical access data described above; no registration is required.
Email and telephone contact
If you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry to respond to you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry under Article 6(1)(f). We retain this information for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or fulfil statutory retention requirements.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
